Job Scope for Sales-related Vacancies:

  • Achieve sales target
  • Customer lead generation/cold calling
  • Collaborate with sales coordinator for pre-sales
  • Collaborate with technical engineer for post-sales support
  • Manage and maintain healthy professional relationship with business key accounts

Job Scope for Technical-related Vacancies

  • Maintain new and existing product expertise such as product settings and programming
  • On-site support (CIDB green card preferred but not required)
  • Collaborate with Sales staff for solution proposal or technical tender clarifications
  • Testing & Commissioning, FAT and other product troubleshooting
